# Welcome to Capture

## Overview

Capture is where your team manages its pipeline and works each opportunity from the first look to the proposal handoff. Everyone works from one record per opportunity, so capture managers, BD and leadership all see the same details, tasks and decisions.

To open Capture, select **Capture** under **Modules** in the left side panel. The **Dashboard** tab shows your tasks, active opportunities, calendar and notifications. Select **Pipeline** to see all of your opportunities.

## Find What You Need

The Capture articles follow the order your team works. Find the task you want to do, then open its article.

### Set Up Capture (Admins)

- Rename phases, add roles and custom fields, require fields or set opportunity IDs: [Customizing Capture Settings](/v1/docs/customizing-the-pipeline)
- Set up Capture Plan questions, PWin scoring and default gate reviewers: [Customizing Capture Plan Templates](/v1/docs/capture-plan-templates)
- Bring opportunities in from Salesforce, GovWin or GSA eBuy. Go to **Settings** > **Configurations** > **Integrations**, then follow the setup steps in [Salesforce Pipeline Integration Setup](/v1/docs/salesforce-pipeline-integration-setup), [GovWin Integration](/v1/docs/govwin-integration) or [GSA eBuy Integration Setup](/v1/docs/gsa-ebuy-integration-setup).
- Control who can open each module and change settings with roles in **Settings** > **Access & permissions** > **Roles**. ### Build Your Pipeline
