Our Guided Onboarding Process

GovDash offers a guided, structured onboarding experience. Hereā€™s the step-by-step process to ensure you have the information needed to complete the onboarding steps.

Account Setup

We begin by setting up your account. Youā€™ll need to provide some basic information, including your first name, last name, and email address.

Team Setup

Next, weā€™ll help set up your team by filling out details such as your team name, UEI, CAGE code, address, and other essential information. Weā€™ll also walk you through adding your team in GovDash. This step ensures that all team members are correctly added and that their roles are well-defined.

Upload Contracts

Once your team is set up, itā€™s time to upload some past performance information. This includes contracts and any supporting documents like proposals, PWS, monthly status reports, CPARS, etc. These documents will help build your Contract Cloud, enabling detailed past performance records to be generated, which will be used when creating proposals.

Upload Documents

The final step is to upload general company documents into your Data Library. These can include proposal volumes, capability statements, key personnel resumes, and technical documentation. GovDash will reference these documents to personalize your opportunity recommendations, improve proposal content, and better inform the Word Assistant.

What to Expect During Onboarding

GovDash Pilot Process Overview

The GovDash pilot process is designed to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of our platform. It spans four weeks, with each week focusing on key areas to help you get the most out of GovDash.

Week 1: Onboarding

Kick off with an onboarding session that includes setting up key features like the Word Assistant, Contract Cloud, and Data Library. Youā€™ll also establish team roles and start building your contract inventory.

Week 2: Pilot Check-In

The focus is on familiarizing yourself with the proposal flow and refining your use of the Word Assistant. This week also includes an open Q&A to address any questions that arise.

Week 3: Pilot Check-In

Dive into advanced features such as managing your pipeline, searching for bids, and using the Report Center. This week is all about enhancing your understanding and usage of GovDashā€™s core functionalities.

Week 4: Final Check-In

In the final week, we answer any remaining questions, discuss the next steps toward signing a contract, and plan your formal onboarding. The goal is to ensure youā€™re fully prepared to leverage GovDash for your business development needs.
