The **Confirm proposal details** window walks you through six steps: **Outline**, **Past Performances**, **Key Personnel**, **Capture answers**, **Data Access** and **Generation Flow**. Click **Next** on each step, then click **Generate Proposal**. #### Is there a visual indicator for the proposal generation process? Yes, a status indicator will appear near your proposal’s title showing the current status and percentage generated. #### Can I download specific volumes of my proposal? Yes, you can download individual volumes of your proposal by clicking the **Download** button next to each volume and choosing **Export to Word** or **Export as PDF**. #### Will I receive a notification when my proposal is ready for download? Yes, you will receive an email notification with a link to download your proposal as soon as it is ready. #### What's the difference between Standard and Agentic generation? **Standard generation** drafts each section from your outline and writing plans, and is the fastest way to a complete draft. **Agentic generation** researches, drafts and reviews each section, so it spends more time on each one to produce better grounded content. You choose one each time you generate. ## Related - [Using Proposal Templates](/using-proposal-templates.md) - [Microsoft SharePoint Integration Setup](/microsoft-sharepoint-integration-setup.md) - [Editing Your Outline](/editing-your-outline.md)
