[Interactive walkthrough: Using the Reports Center](https://govdash.navattic.com/s8v0yuw) --- ## Customization and Features The Reports Center opens with four default views: **Capture**, **Proposal**, **Contract**, and **Admin**. You can add, delete, or rename views, and every view is fully customizable. To resize or rearrange a widget, select the three dot menu in its top right corner. Choose **S**, **M**, or **L** to change its size, or **Edit Order** to drag your widgets into a new order and then select **Done Editing**. **Copy Image** copies the chart to your clipboard, and **Remove** takes the widget off the view. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/104c3542-bffe-46a6-901f-aa7a848851a4/Images/Setting/proposal-rc_wmenu.png) ### Creating and Editing Views Select the pencil icon next to the view names to edit your views. Click a view name to rename it, select the trash can to delete it, or select **+** to add a new view. Select the check mark when you are done. To open a view first every time you visit Reports, select it and then select the pin icon. Your pinned view is saved in your current browser. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/104c3542-bffe-46a6-901f-aa7a848851a4/Images/Setting/proposal-rc_views.png) ### Exports To export your current view, select the **Export PDF** icon in the top right corner of the page. This downloads a PDF of the view and all of its widgets. The red **Reset Layout** icon next to it resets every view back to the default layout. You are asked to confirm first, because this cannot be undone. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/104c3542-bffe-46a6-901f-aa7a848851a4/Images/Setting/proposal-rc_head.png) --- ## Adding Reports/Widgets To add a widget to the view you are on, select **New widget** in the top right of the page. The **Widget Configuration** window opens with two tabs: **Custom** and **Curated**. The preview on the right updates as you make changes. ### Custom Reports On the **Custom** tab, choose a **View** for the data you want to report on, such as **Pipeline**. Then use **Measures**, **Sort**, **Dimensions**, and **Filters** to build your report. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/104c3542-bffe-46a6-901f-aa7a848851a4/Images/Setting/proposal-rc_custom.png) Under **Visualization**, you can set your desired chart type, set up comparison data for time based charts (line or area), and date ranges to encapsulate specific periods of time. You can also use the Show pivot table toggle to display a table of the underlying numbers beneath your chart. Select **Save Widget** to save this to your dashboard. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/104c3542-bffe-46a6-901f-aa7a848851a4/Images/Documentation/image-LP1YQ0UQ.png) ### Curated KPI Reports The following curated KPI reports are available on the **Curated** tab when you add a new widget. Choose one from the **Metric** list, then pick a **Chart Type**. Understanding these metrics can improve your decision making and strategic planning: - **Win Rate:** This represents the percentage of proposals won out of those decided (won or lost). It reveals your overall success rate and helps track improvements in your proposal process. - **Active Pipeline:** This measures the number and value of opportunities organized by your pipeline stages. It enables you to see where work stands and identify stages requiring attention. - **Conversion Rate (Capture to Proposal):** This metric indicates the number of opportunities advancing to proposal work and how many proposals are submitted. Tracking this helps assess team workload and trends over time. - **Turnaround Time:** This is the average number of days from when an opportunity is posted to its due date, indicating the response time given. - **Awards by Customer:** This groups awards by customer or agency, displaying total value. It assists in identifying strong customer relationships. - **NAICS Performance:** This involves performance by industry using NAICS codes, including win rates, counts, and values by industry, revealing opportunities for growth. - **Team Performance:** This indicates how each partner performs with you, showcasing wins, win rates, and total value, which can enhance collaboration decisions. - **Resource Utilization:** This tracks the number of opportunities each team member manages and their total value, assisting in balancing workload across the team. - **Revenue Timeline:** This projects estimated revenue for the next 10 years, combining current contracts and anticipated recompetes, offering a forward looking view for planning. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/104c3542-bffe-46a6-901f-aa7a848851a4/Images/Setting/proposal-rc_cur.png) You can use the date selector in the top right to apply a specific date range to all curated widgets. **Please note, this only applies to curated widgets and not custom widgets**. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/104c3542-bffe-46a6-901f-aa7a848851a4/Images/Documentation/image(989).png) ### Editing Widgets To edit a custom report widget, or change visualization options for curated widgets, select the three dot menu on a widget and choose **Edit Widget**. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/104c3542-bffe-46a6-901f-aa7a848851a4/Images/Documentation/image(990).png) --- ### FAQs #### What enhancements does the Reports Center provide?
