The Activity feature in the GovDash Pipeline allows your team to communicate, review updates, and track tasks quickly and easily within an opportunity.
Accessing the Activity Tab
To access the Activity feature of your Pipeline opportunity, click within an opportunity in your Pipeline, and then select the Activity tab.

Using Activity
The Activity tab is broken out into several key features:
The Audit Log tracks your opportunity updates and phase changes, allowing you to easily track progress in a central location. You can export this audit log in Excel format using the Export button.
Tasks give you the ability to create and assign tasks, set due dates, and track status in the Tasks view.
Chat allows your team to closely collaborate, communicate, attach documents, and tag other team members.
Author attribution shows you who did the work. Entries created by a person show that person's name and avatar, entries created by Dash show Dash, and entries created by a Dash Agent show the agent's name.

Attaching Documents
Documents that are attached to comments/messages do not get added to the Solicitation Documents or Data Library automatically. If you’d like to add these documents to other places within GovDash, please ensure you are uploading them to the desired location.
Notes/Chat Functions
Within the message creation options, you can create comments that have document attachments, mention specific team members.

Once messages are created, you can pin, edit, delete, reply directly inline with the comment1, view attached documents2, and view replies3.

Task View
The task view allows you to adjust the task details that have already been set, but in addition, you can create subtasks, collaborate with your team in comments, and review the task activity log. You can also duplicate a task from this view using the Duplicate button in the top right, or delete the task entirely.
