Overview
GovDash provides view customization and export options within the Data Library to better assist you with finding the documents you want to see, with the flexibility to export that list.
Customizing Views
To customize your views within the Data Library, use the Customize Columns button to hide or rearrange the columns by using the checkboxes to show/hide, and clicking and dragging to rearrange.

Your selection will be saved, but if you’d like to reset the order at any time back to the default ordering, click the Reset Ordering button.
Filters & Exports
You can quickly filter your document and record list using the filters shown at the top of the page. By using these filters, you can also control which documents are included in your exports.

To export your document list, simply click Export on the right-hand side and choose your file format.
