Compliance Matrix and Document Shreds
The Compliance tab contains the generated response compliance matrix and your solicitation package line-by-line document shreds. This tab provides you with a detailed breakdown of the compliance requirements against the outline, including preparation instructions, scope from the PWS/SOW, and evaluation criteria.

Reviewing Compliance
Group by Outline Section
The Compliance tab allows you to view the extracted instructions, scope, and evaluation criteria mapped directly to the generated outline. By clicking on the outline section, GovDash will highlight the citations, the area of the document that the citation was pulled from, any additional outline sections that the requirement was referenced in, and the type of citation. This gives you confidence that GovDash is extracting the correct information and allowing you to cross-reference the actual documents with the requirement.

You can adjust the grouping of the extracted requirements by utilizing the Group By drop down, which allows you to categorize them by your generated outline, by the document they were extracted from, and more.

Editing Citations
To make changes/edits to these citations within your outline, please see our guide for editing section citations here!
Group by Document View
By changing the Group By to Document, this provides you with the full, line-by-line shred of your solicitation documents, along with the citation type, assigned outline section, and accounted for status.
By clicking on the extracted text, GovDash will highlight the area of the document that it was extracted from.

Filters
Filters allow you to filter your current grouped view by specific documents, citation types, and outline sections. This is useful for quickly locating specific like evaluation criteria within specific documents, where the document’s extracted requirements align with a specific outline section, and more. The filter options include:

Accounting For Extracted Sentences
The Accounted For column allows you to verify if GovDash has accounted for extracted text/sentences from the solicitation package, and whether or not it was included in your outline. This is signified by the green checkmark and red caution symbol.

By clicking on the red caution symbol, you can tell GovDash to either ignore the extracted text or assign it to a specific section if you’d like to include it in the compliance requirements for that specific section. Both actions will change the status to a green checkmark signifying that it has been “accounted for”.

Remember, you can always adjust citations within your outline as well. This just allows you to review the extracted compliance requirements and tell GovDash whether you’d like the system to ignore the extracted text or not.
