Adding Amendments and Solicitation Documents
To add solicitation amendments, use the Add Solicitation Amendment button on the main Solicitation tab within a proposal folder. When adding documents to the solicitation package here, GovDash will reprocess your outline for changes, and a new outline will be generated for you.

Important
When documents or amendments are added to the solicitation package of a proposal, GovDash will rewrite your outline, causing any changes made to the original outline (such as writing plans) to be lost.
Adjusting Document Types
Document types are an automatic process that GovDash goes through for each document, and the system will classify the document in order to know how best to utilize it when generating your outline, mapping instructions and requirements, and more.
If you need to adjust any of the document types that GovDash has classified within your solicitation package, you can do so by selecting the Type drop down of the document and assign any relevant types that are related to that document.

Once you have changed the document typing, the Re-process Outline button will illuminate. By clicking it, you can reprocess your outline to factor in the document type changes, which as previously mentioned, will impact your outline to account for new possible instructions and task area requirements, for example. Note, re-processing your outline will overwrite your existing outline and remove ALL changes made to your existing outline and writing plans.
