GovDash Onboarding Essentials Process Overview
GovDash Onboarding Essentials is a structured, two session process designed to ensure successful adoption across capture, proposal, and contract workflows. This onboarding track includes setup and foundational training in order for you to quickly hit the ground running with GovDash. You will be set up for success to see immediate returns on your investment! You will also be connected with your ongoing Success Manager, who is committed to your success using GovDash and will be your main point of contact.
Session 1: Account Setup and Planning Session (30 Minutes)
Recommended Participants: Champions from Proposals, Capture/BD, Contracts, Leadership, and IT
Overview: In this session, we’ll walk through setting up your team, providing you resources for available integrations, making sure your designated champions are added to the platform. You’ll be connected with our Help Center and Help Desk resources, and we’ll align on your goals for using GovDash. Lastly, we’ll wrap up by sending a session summary and your training session calendar invite.
Session 2: GovDash 101 (90 Minutes)
Recommended Participants: All onboarding participants
Overview: This session provides your team with an overview of GovDash and its role as a complete operating system for managing the full government contracting lifecycle. We'll provide you with an overview of the individual Clouds in GovDash, highlight how accurate past performance and data fuels success across other areas of the platform, and how your data seamlessly connects with Capture, Proposal, and Dash. We’ll also highlight the power of the Word Assistant and how it empowers your team’s color review processes. Finally, you will be connected with your ongoing Success Manager, who will be your main point of contact!

Why? Because data is the foundation of your success in GovDash. Uploading too early (before you understand how GovDash structures and uses data) can lead to issues that require starting from scratch later. We want to avoid unnecessary clean-up and set you up for long-term success.
