If you have not yet sent us your proposal template, please email your proposal template (with styles included) in a .docx file format to [email protected] and our Customer Success team will get that set up for you right away. There is no limit on the number of templates you can choose from before downloading your proposal, so please feel free to include multiple templates in your request!
Selecting Templates
If you'd like to select a template to download your proposal in that is different than your team's default, you can choose your desired template from within the proposal by clicking the Actions button, and then Select Template from the drop down.

From this menu you can download a sample proposal in any of your templates, change the maximum table of contents header level that will show, and also select a specific template for the specific proposal you're currently in.

Using the Select Template button is a per proposal setting, so changing the template in one proposal won't change it for every single proposal. Once you've got your proposal template selected, simply download your proposal, and it will be generated within your selected template!
