Selecting Outcomes
You can track your opportunity outcomes from within the Pipeline by selecting the action menu on an opportunity. GovDash provides the following outcomes to track:
Lost
No Bid
Won

When you select an outcome, the opportunity will be marked and moved to the Hidden folder, which is available in the top right of the Pipeline.

Hidden Opportunities
Within the Hidden folder, all of your opportunities that you’ve marked will be shown. They will be categorized by Stage, which correspond to the outcomes from the previous step.
You can view the opportunity by clicking the opportunity name, filter by stage, and even add the opportunity back to your Pipeline with the Add Back to Pipeline button.

Deleting Opportunities
Within the action menu, you can choose to delete an opportunity, which will remove it entirely from your Pipeline.

Deleted Opportunities
Once an opportunity is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please exercise caution when deleting opportunities from your Pipeline!
