Selecting Outcomes
You can track your opportunity outcomes from within the Pipeline by selecting the action menu on an opportunity. GovDash provides the following outcomes to track:

When you select an outcome, the opportunity will be marked and moved to the Archive folder, which is available in the top right of the Pipeline.

Archived Opportunities
Within the Archive folder, all of your opportunities that you’ve marked will be shown. They will be categorized by Stage, which correspond to the outcomes from the previous step.
You can view the opportunity by clicking the opportunity name, filter by stage, and even add the opportunity back to your Pipeline with the Unarchive button, which is located under the three-dot action menu on the opportunity card.

Deleting Opportunities from the Archive
Within the action menu, you can choose to delete an opportunity, which will remove it entirely from your Archive.

Deleted Opportunities
Once an opportunity is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please exercise caution when deleting opportunities from your Pipeline!
