Adding from Bid Match
A major benefit of the Bid Match is the ability to take an opportunity from the search directly to the pipeline, so that your team can start working on capture. To do so, simply click the Add button on any opportunity card. You can also click the same button within an opportunity to move it to the Pipeline as well!

Spreadsheet/Bulk Import
You can upload a list of opportunities to the Pipeline by clicking the + Opportunity button in the top right of the Pipeline, and choosing Bulk upload a list of opportunities from the options provided.

In the pop up window, either drag and drop your file into the box, or click the upload box as shown below to select your file.

Map your file's columns using the drop down menus. Once all fields are mapped, click the Next button at the bottom to continue.
Custom Field Mapping
If you’ve created custom fields within your Pipeline, you can map your import to your custom fields. If you’re importing from another CRM, we recommend creating your custom fields before importing your opportunities to ensure you’re able to properly map all of your data! GovDash will detect the number of opportunities within your spreadsheet and allow you to choose which ones you'd like to add, or you can add all opportunities by clicking Select All. Once you're finished selecting your opportunities, click the Add opportunities to pipeline button at the bottom to finish your import.
Importing from GovWin
You can import your GovWin pipeline into GovDash quickly and easily! After exporting your GovWin pipeline through GovWin, you can upload that file using the spreadsheet/bulk opportunity import steps and select the GovWin Export option on step 2. GovDash will automatically map your columns based on GovWin’s formatting!

GovDash will then detect the number of opportunities within your spreadsheet and allow you to choose which ones you'd like to add, or you can add all opportunities by clicking Select All. Once you're finished selecting your opportunities, click the Add opportunities to pipeline button at the bottom to finish your import.
Manually Adding an Opportunity
You can also manually create opportunities in the pipeline by clicking the + Opportunity button in the top right, and then the Add an individual opportunity button in the pop up menu of options.

Next, fill in the relevant opportunity details that GovDash provides, and once you’re finished, click Next. GovDash will ask you to preview the opportunity, which you can then click Confirm & Add to Pipeline to finish.
Optionally, you may upload documents to opportunities added in this way during the final step, but documents can be added at any time to any of your opportunities you create.
