Outcome Tracking
Once your proposal has either been submitted, you’re deciding to no bid, or if you stop working the opportunity for any reason, you can track the outcomes of your proposal by using the Actions menu.

You can track your outcome through the action menu (as shown in the screenshots above), which will transition it to the Proposal Archive.
For example, selecting Won will move the proposal to the Proposal Archive under the Won category.

During any proposal phase, you can archive your proposals indicating statuses like cancellation, no bid, or archived. Selecting any of these options will transition your proposal to the archive.

To access the proposal archive, click the Archive button in the top right of the Active Proposals page.

The Archive is split into several categories, and you can drag and drop your proposals between the different categories freely.

Unarchiving Proposals
To unarchive a proposal, click the three-dot menu on any proposal listed in any category and select Unarchive. This will place the proposal back in your Active proposal list.
